Windows 10 is out and I won’t be upgrading my lone media PC running Windows 8.1.

Jonathan Porta  has a fascinating blog post about Windows 10′s rampant data collection, and there’s the wonderful PC world article “Killing Cortana: How to disable Windows 10’s info-hungry digital assistant” (which drips with irony from a website with 18 different trackers, as per reported by Ghostery). There’s also Edge.

But really, who wouldn’t want advertisements in the start menu? MS reserves the right to track you and know everything about you.
